1. Who we are
This privacy policy is issued by LFG VESTUARIOS LTDA, a limited liability company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 65.896.879/0001-47, with its establishment at Rua Guilherme Piccioni, 2131, Jardim Pinheiros, Franca, State of Sao Paulo, CEP 14.407-399. The company trades commercially under the name LFG Vestuarios and operates the domain lfgstore.online. All references to "we", "us" or "the company" in this document mean LFG VESTUARIOS LTDA.
2. What we collect
Through this website we collect only what visitors actively provide when they use the contact form, namely their name, email address and the content of the message they choose to send us. We do not run analytics scripts on visitors, we do not embed third party advertising pixels, and we do not sell or rent contact information to any third party.
On our premises, when a customer completes a purchase and requests an invoice (nota fiscal), we collect the identification data required by Brazilian tax law: full name, CPF or CNPJ if applicable, and address for delivery when relevant. This information is used exclusively to issue the tax document and to honour warranties and exchanges.
3. How we use it
Information sent through the contact form is used only to reply to the enquiry it was sent about. Information collected when a purchase is completed is used only to issue the corresponding tax document, to process the transaction with the acquiring bank, and to allow us to identify the purchase in case of return, exchange or warranty claim.
4. Retention
Contact form messages are kept in our email account for as long as is reasonable to answer the enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation, and are deleted on request. Fiscal records are retained for the period required by Brazilian tax legislation and then discarded.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only with parties that are strictly necessary to perform the service or comply with the law. That means, in practice: the payment acquirer processing card transactions on our premises, the accounting office that closes our tax books, and Brazilian tax authorities when required by law. We do not share visitor data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
6. Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709 of 2018), a person whose data we hold has the right to confirm processing, access their data, correct incomplete or inaccurate data, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion, obtain portability, be informed about parties with whom data has been shared, and revoke consent. 7. Cookies
This website uses only technical cookies strictly necessary to display pages correctly. It does not use marketing cookies, retargeting cookies, or third party tracking cookies.
