2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to (a) any visit to the website lfgstore.online, (b) any enquiry sent through the contact form on this website, and (c) any purchase or exchange transacted at the company's premises located at the address in section 1. By using this website or by transacting with the company, the visitor or customer agrees to the terms below.
3. Products, prices and stock
The apparel and accessories offered by the company are owned by it and sold in first person. Prices are the ones marked on the physical tag and confirmed at the moment of purchase. Stock is finite and subject to size and colour availability. The website does not offer online checkout: it presents information about the company, its categories and how to visit us.
4. Exchanges and refunds
Any exchange or refund follows Brazilian consumer protection law. In particular: garments with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within the legal warranty period upon presentation of the fiscal invoice; unworn items with tags may be exchanged for size or model within 7 days of purchase; and cash refunds are available only where required by law. Exchanges are processed at the company's premises during opening hours.
5. Warranties
Products offered by the company carry the legal warranty defined by Brazilian consumer legislation. Where the manufacturer offers a broader warranty, its terms are respected in addition to the legal minimum. Warranty claims are handled at the company's premises, upon presentation of the fiscal invoice issued at the time of purchase.
6. Limitations
The company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of a garment, from washing or ironing outside the manufacturer's instructions, or from ordinary wear and tear. Information published on this website is provided in good faith for orientation about the company, its location, opening hours and product categories; it does not constitute a binding offer to sell at a specific price until confirmed on our premises.

The domain lfgstore.online is registered and operated by LFG VESTUARIOS LTDA (CNPJ 65.896.879/0001-47). LFG Vestuarios is the commercial name under which the company trades. There is no separation between the legal owner of the domain, the legal owner of the trade name, and the company that operates the premises: all three are the same legal entity. LFG Vestuarios does not license its name to any third party, does not operate as a franchise, and does not resell products, subscriptions or services on behalf of any other company. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute is submitted to the competent judicial district of Franca, State of Sao Paulo, without prejudice to the rights of consumers to invoke their own domicile as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
